With the Montessori Philosophy, respecting children as members of our society is a core value. With respecting, that each child learns differently and at their own pace. We respect that mistakes are made and can be corrected with a positive mindset. Children learn to be self-directed independent individuals, who can collaboratively work with others. They are given freedom within limits which allows choice in their working environment and gives motivation to the child. Materials are hands on which allows the child to learn from concrete to abstract thinking.
